JOMOO product warranty policy

*) Warranty certificate:

-) Valid JOMOO product warranty certificate:

1. The date of purchase on the purchase invoice (with stamp) is used as the warranty start date;

2. If the purchase receipt is lost, the date of manufacture on the product body or the quality certificate will be used to calculate the 6-month extension of the warranty period;

3. Contract/agreement on home repair, project; sales list/delivery list, project acceptance.

-) Invalid certificate:

Invoice/receipt/sales list does not reflect customer information and product information or does not have the seller's stamp; the product code on the certificate does not match the actual product code that has been repaired or erased or changed.

*) Disclaimers:

-) The following causes of product abnormalities are considered paid services:

1. Faults or damage due to improper use or improper repair/renovation.

2. Damage due to carelessness or negligence during installation and construction.

3. Faults or damage due to use of the product outside the scope of use (such as using household products as commercial products, etc.).

4. Damage due to sand or other substances harmful to the product in the use environment.

5. Dirty, abnormal plating and other defects due to improper daily use.

6. Damage caused by users, improper storage.

7. No valid warranty card or purchase receipt.

8. The product code number on the warranty certificate and the actual product code number needing repair do not match or are erased/changed.

9. Damage caused by earthquake, fire, lightning and other natural disasters; pollution, damage caused by gas (such as liquefied petroleum gas), damage caused by salt and abnormal voltage.
