- The Process of Creating Antibacterial Ceramic Glaze To obtain antibacterial ceramic glaze, the glaze undergoes a firing process at temperatures ranging from 1200 – 1250 degrees Celsius. Nano titanium (Ag+) glaze is mixed directly into the raw glaze and sprayed onto the ceramic product, then vitrified on the surface of the ceramic sanitary ware.
This process makes the glaze more durable over time and enhances its whiteness.
